I am a 13 year old and i weigh 145 lbs and i want to lose a lot of weight before schools starts wat do i do?

someone plz help me
i want to go back to school and look FABULOUSplease dont tell me anything about how i probably dont need to lose weight cuz its not true i do need to lose weightwen i walk into school i want all of the guys to be like whos that? shes hot! is that really Stacey?PLEASE HELP MEEE!

How tall are you? 145 might really be okay if you are taller than 5 ft 4, and you just may need to tone up a bit. Start out by keeping a food diary, and try to exercize every day- even if it's just 2 15 minute walks a day- you don't have to kill yourself. Even if you eat the same and burn more calories, you could possible lose a few pounds. The food diary helps you be aware of what you eat and follow trends- so if you see you eat more chips than you realized, you can sub apples instead and cut calories that way.

Step away from the computer and get outside and excercise. Portion control/counting calories is key to losing weight. I use an online food tracker (see link below).

Your young and you will lose wieght faster if you avoid fries and sweets and eating at night when i was 14 my mom made me a diet and i lost wight just by having fruits and youghart at breakfast and grilled chicken or meat at lunch and in the night i go to sleep early so i can avoid midnight snacking and for dinner milk and fruits It worked like magic for me and i stayed thin since ...Good Luck
oh i forgot i used to Jog 1/2 or 1 hour a day
just don't try to loose 30 pounds or something before you go back to school or something. it's not healthy. you're going to have to lose weight while you're in school too. Excercise and go vegan or veggie maybe
