I am goin shoppin in 4 week?

i am goin shoppin in 4 week i need to loss weight i did my bmi it said i am close for being overweight how can loss 10 pounds in 4 weeks i need help like wat exsercise should i do and what i should eat plz i need ur help

Ten lb.s in 4 weeks is doable I followed these rules and it worked for me.1. Drink tons of water
2. Drink 3 glasses of skim milk a day. (It makes your body feel more full without the calories and gives you vitamins)
3. Never ever drink soda unless it's sprite zero (the coke zero just taste nasty)
4. Wheat bread not white
5. Cut back on pasta
6. I ate my meals off a small plate so it tricked my mind into thinking I had a plate
7. Eat your veggies first before your meat (you'll still get full but will eat less meat
8. Read all juice labels (they are full of calories)
9. take a multivitamin
10. When you are hungry EAT ( if you don't your metabolism will slow down.)
11. Most important thing I did was eat 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big.Good Luck!! Stick to it!!
i need to no how much you way so i can tell you wat exercise would be the best,and wat to eat.
