I am think of getting a Treadmill or a Elliptical Training. Which one would be better? Thanks?

I have both as well.I just read an article in a fitness magazine in which they burn about the same amount of calories; running/elliptical; however, I find I lose much more weight when I am running on the treadmill and walking uphill - interval training - the only way I will work on a treadmill is hard so if you are older and want to burn a lot of calories; I would recommend the elliptical - we all know we cannot run forever. There are a TON of articles in Fitness, Shape and Planet Muscle that address this question...hope this helps...
Ellipticals are easier on the joints
If you are older or have any weak joints or anything an elliptical may be better because its lower impact than a treadmill
i have both! the eliptical burns more calories. the tredmill is better for a lazier day
They're really very different and I could never pick which I like best. I like to run on my treadmill, but the elliptical is good if you want a less intense workout.
They are equally good, but an elliptical has less impact so your joints don't hurt as much.
