I am losing weight but i don't see a change?

I went from 181 lbs. to 153 lbs over the past two months, but when i look at myself, I look the same as I started off. Why is this? Would it be because i am not losing weight and losing something else like muscle mass or something?

ur gaining mussle and that makes the fat show..thats why some girls get those pottchesthey didn't burn off all the fat to get the flat stomach yet so the muscle they got makes it stick outalso u could just be losing water if ur not taking in as much sodium as u used to
that good but now start tightening your body with squats and binch press sit ups.
well it depends. what are you doing to lose? are u not eating, are you excercising? explain

if you aren't exercising that could be it=or you might have diabetes =see the Dr for a check up
It takes time just eat heathy and it'll become part of your day to day life style
What are you doing for fitness, what are you eating? Are you on regiment of some kind? Many times we hit a plateau when dieting and we can't seem to understand why the results are not there. The best thing to do is look at what you are eating first. Are you eating too many carbohydrates, maybe not enough protein, but also, analyze what form of exercise you are doing because it is possible you are not challenging your body enough to lose body fat. I would say, repost this question and tell us your age, height, what you are doing, and what you are eating. Than a great answer will show.
You maybe loosing muscle which you don't want to do. I lost over 30 pds I was very sick and have gained 20 back and it's taken 7mo. So take it one day at a time. You see yourself everyday so you won't notice like others will. But your clothes should start feeling bigger is a good clue. But exercise to keep the muscle built up that's much harder to get back let me tell you. Good Luck

It depends on how tall you are. Check and see if you lost any inches. You should see some results. But it is always good to exercise when you are on a diet, because you could loose muscles as well.
umm that is a problem but the way you diet, maybe don't make you have more muscle and less fat so that might be the problem
you need to start toning it up now. You lost the lbs now tone it up
