um..alot??!!
i dont know, that sounds good, but doin the same exercise wont work, do other stuff too, but the food its good!
It all depends on how much you weigh now, your metabolism speed, the portions of food you eat, it's not as simple as saying "You will lose ."
I am sure you know that weight lose, real weight not water, is a simple formula of burning more calories than you eat. Healthy weight lose is about 2 pounds/week. Any more than that and you are probably losing muscle weight also, not good.In a month you could expect to lose up to 8 pounds.
lay off the cat tranquillizers .they'll kill you
Go to http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov... and journal your food intake while you're on this diet. Doing this will give you a good idea as to whether or not your diet is sufficient. If your goal is to lose weight, you can factor that in and this free site can help.
Special K has high fructose corn syrup in it. Although the product claims to be good for a diet, this ingredient is the worst for any diet or actually at all.
What it does is that your body doesn't need any of it and it will go straight to your liver, there it will be stored to fat, because it won't give any signs to your pancreas to produce insulin to break down the fructose syrup. The fructose will turn into unused Carbohydrates, so very bad choice for a diet if you want to loose weight. Go on a organic granola or muesli instead, with all the other good things you mentioned, because they are a good combination.
A healthy amount to loose is an average of 2-3 lbs a week, but it also depends on your current weight, length and level of exercise.
try going to a dietitian. it's not expensive, it's not hard to follow and after all it's healthy. don't risk your health.
