I AM SO FAT! please help!?

i'm pretty fat. I have a really fat chubby stomach. how can i tone up my body, i don't really need to loose weight i just have to tone it. how can i do that. by the way i'm 15.

Weights and crunches are helpful- but those aren't the main things. You really need to be getting in some good cardio workouts- join a sport like soccer, field hockey, cross country, etc. When you have a sport to get your mind off of working out, and when it becomes fun is when the weight will fall off effortlessly. If you aren't into joining a sport, then you should consider a gym- it's worth the cost if you make a commitment to go regularly.The diet definitely helps- fill yourself up with water before a meal, so you don't eat as much, and try to have your mom/dad/whoever cook more healthfully for your family. It beats eating celery sticks when everyone else is eating pizza. I also think that with a few years, you may find that you "grow" into your body. I've known lots of girls who were chubby in their early teens, but by the time they graduated, they came into their own. Hang in there.

I thought you just said you were fat. You might tone your muscle but you can't see it if there is a layer of fat on top of it.
I had the same problem a few monthes ago, but I started this routine about 2 monthes ago and lost 15lbs and got great toning.for breakfast I eat a bowl of any healthy cereal, like kashi. then an hour after I eat, I go running for 20 minutes, then i do an additional 20 minutes of cardio. then for lunch, (3 1/2 hours after i ate breakfast) i eat either a grilled cheese with tomatoe on wheat bread with a serving of fruit. the i ride my bike for 10 minutes, then im done with my excersize for the day. then for dinner, i eat something healthy with vegetables
