I am 6'1 and weigh about 300lbs I need to start loosing weight how is a healthy to loose in 2 months ?

in a month you should not aim for more than 15 lbsEat little, healthy and often during the day. Don't skip breakfast! Don't do what many people do... no breakfast, lunch on the run, work late, come home late and stuff your face then watch telly and go to bed... reverse your eating pattern!!
