I am 5'8" and i weigh 155 lbs. Am i over weight? How do I loose 20 lbs. in a month??

Answer:
100 pounds for the first 5 feet of height. 3-8 pounds per inch over that, plus or minus 10 pounds depending on your bone structure. To lose 20 pounds, you need to eat healthy, drink water and exercise. Weight watchers has a good healthy plan.
i think you should only lose about 10 pounds. you cant lose 20 pounds in a month anyway and you really dont have much to lose. so 10 pounds and toning up will do wonders for you
Depends on the size of your body frame... If you have a larger than average frame, you are fine where you are now.Even with a mid-sized frame, I don't think you need to lose more than 10 pounds.
You are not over wight, you're right where you should be. You are at a healthy weight, according to this BMI chart http://walmart.triaddigital.com/assets/i...Losing 20 pounds in a month? Dangerous. At you're wight it'd be hard to do so so fast ( and safely) and won't be healthy to lose it that fast. 2-3 months would be much more reasonable. To lose the weight just eat right and workout, which is easier said then done. Try and stay motivated. But you're at a good weight now so take your time.
