I am a teenager hoping to lose 10 or so pounds...?

im a young teen weighing in at 120 pounds. i just got off of a cruise and i gained some weight. how can i lose it??
Answer:
If it was just vacation weight going back to your normal diet might be enough to take your weight back to normal. Give it a few weeks and if no improvement try eating smaller meals until you are back to pre-vacation weight.
Eat healthy and exercise everyday or 30 minutes. I suggest cardio or even stair cardio. Good luck.
do lots of activities not involving electronics unless scoreboard in a sports game
Eat:6-11 servings of grain
2-4 servings of fruit
3-5 servings of vegetables{candy corn doesn't count}
2-3 servings of dairy products{not ice cream}
2-3 servings of protein
Use sparingly: Fats.oils, and sweets
look for nutrition facts and try to only have 300 carbs a day and 2500 calories and don't eat anything with more than 20 grams of sugar per serving regularly
jog and go for runs around the neighborhood, if you are 14 you may be admitted to some gyms
