I am really flexable but i cant do the splits it sucks!?

i am really good i can do alot of things (front sults, back sults ect) BUT i cant do the splits i hate it.
PLEASE HELP ME

Slowly work yourself. Every day go thismuch further. milimeters or centimeters. That is how I went from having the least flexible legs of anyone i knew (nowhere near being able to even touch the tose) to being able to almost tocuh my nose to my knees in a matter of monthsI know what you mean, splits are the thing i can't master.. it feels like the muscle and fat and bones are too much in the way even if I could get those muscles to be that stretchable.oh yeah! and the 20 seconds is also important, I dont know why. not too much less or more than 20 seconds.
You just need to stretch, and practice the splits. When you try for the splits but can't do it, you have to hold the position for at least 20 counts and keep going back to it and practicing. You can do it with time!
It is easier for some people than others.
Even though you are physically fit, your muscles need

Stretch and hold them for about 30 secs. each.Sit on floor and spread your legs as wide as possible. Lean forward, lean to the left, and lean to the left hold each for 30 secs.Pull legs together into a Pike stretch. Lean your head as close to your knees as possible and point your toes; hold this for 30 secs. Repeat with flexed toes.Lay on your back and do 10 kicks. On the 10th kick, hold it and pull it close to your head; hold for 30 secs. Pull leg, to the left and then to the right. Repeat with opposite leg.Sit in split with a pillow or book underneath your front leg. Good luck!
