I am a 4'10" 35 year old female relativley healthy and I only weigh 78 lbs . I have a very healthy appetite.

Please help me gain weight I know that this is probably the oddest question considering most people are looking to lose weight.WELL I WANT TO GAIN IT AND I WONT TO GAIN IT QUICKLY!!!!PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Gaining quickly is a BAD idea. Fast weight gain is always FAT. Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 bigger ones. It will keep your blood sugar stable. Supplement your healthy meals with Ensure. I say healthy because you do not want to eat junk/fast food. And watch out for beverages that contain sugar. Those are bad, too. You should be eating the same things that someone who wants to lose weight should be eating. You just want to eat more of it. Lean protein, whole grains (stay away from things like white bread. Remember, the more fiber something contains, the closer it is to being whole grain), vegetables and fruit. In that order. Try to stay between 1,800 and 2,500 calories a day. Find a number that doesn't make you feel sick and bloated. And exercise, too. Go more with weights and less cardio.

eat a lot of peanut butter
Eat dessert at every meal, chocolate chip cookies, cakes. Every meal must have carb rich foods like Pasta, white rice, Pancakes and bacon, diet with butter and cream. Drink wine, juices, whole milk and ice cream shakes. Eat till you are full and nap after every meal! Oh, there are fattening powders in the health food stores that you can add to milk or juice to help you. Good Luck ;-)
