I am going i holiday on september 3rd how can i loose weight for then?

i go on holiday on september 3rd approx 2 months does anybody have any ideas how i can loose about a stone before i go? x vheers x

i would just start eating healthier (salads) and exersizing, with a friend would b fun!

Don't put yourself under too much presure and do whatever exercise makes you happy but build up slowly.
The simple things work well and you will enjoy them. Start with a good old walk or bike ride and see what puts a smile on your face.
A detox diet is a great way. Maybe do a week on then a week off. But still eat well on your week off! Stay away from all restaurant and fast food. Run or walk everyday if possible. Do some crunches before bed. detox diet plan.

Join a slimming group or if don't want to spend money look on the Internet for low fat foods and recipes and cut out fatty snacks and move about more but don't obsess about.

Basically just eat healthy (around 800 calories a day to start off)
and do lost of exersize... best and healthiest way :) x
the Atkins diet...its brilliant. low carb, natural fats %26 high protein...its a really nice diet. if you stick to it...that will shift the weight..you'll never be hungry and you will have much more energy which is an added bonus! - good luck!!

but my stomach toned up and my legs are much stronger now
