I am kinda obssesed with my weight, my mom said i have become pale i mean i am not anerexic!, wat should i do?


Answer:
check you body mass percentage. if you are not an athlete or some one who regularly exercise make sure your body mass percentage above 20%. 25% is the good average but if you want slimmer body 20% would be fine.
There is a great meal replacement product out there that is totally nutritious but won't make you gain weight unless you are malnourished. This way you can watch your weight and you mom will get off your back when she sees that you are getting your nutrition.
If u r getting pale and ur probably on some crazy diet, ur not getting all the protein and vitamins and minerals that u need. U need to start eating more- or more of the right kinds of foods, and less of food that isn't good for u. Maybe u should seek some sort of treatment for ur weight obsession. Usually ur local park district will have a club for ppl who have a BID.
Chances are that you do have an eating disorder if your skin color has changed. That is a very clear sign that you are not healthy. I can't tell you that you are anorexic or bulimic without knowing your eating habits, but obsession with weight is one of the signs. I would seek professional help to avoid hospitalization.
you need more protien in your diet like lean meat and fat free yougurt with added fruit
