I am trying to loose weight what is a good program?

i am a diabetic wit high blood pressure and really want to get some of the weight off and can only do very little exercise should i use diet pills or what
Answer:
i wouldn't get to involved in pills, 97 percent of them are a rip off, and they cost way to much. with the 3 percent left that might help a bit, hardly any of them keep the weight off. i am not diabetic myself but i know someone who is, and he keeps the weight off by eating light and healthy, he hardly ever snacks, and he keeps himself busy at work and home, but i don't know if i could ever stay as disciplined as him. i would say that you would have to get involved in some kind of exercise if you want to loose the pounds. just do it during commercials or you can even just tighten your muscles while doing daily activities such as work. handweights are easy to do also while watching tv. i don't know very much about the effects of diabetes on weight, but maybe another answer can be more helpful than mine. you could also ask your doctor.
Im naturally thin but i eat all the time. I think as long as you keep your metabolism up, eat healthy, drink plenty of water no softdrinks %26 exercise reguarly, try pilates.
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
I found useful informations at
Nutrisystem is the Best!
I know a friend who lost 20 lbs in 2 months with Nutrisystem
She used a free trial from http://proxynetwork.us/
