Don't do that to yourself.

Great if you are a veggan. "Bring fresh vegtable to work with you, You can munch all day.
this is stupid, u r asking how to become anorexic, and being anorexic can kill u!
bring vegan friendly snacks to work.
EAT DAMN IT AND DONT GO ANOREXIC. YOUR GOING TO DIE IF YOU DO. im sure your a very beautiful and dont not need to loose wait.
Anorexia is when you obsess over putting on weight and may actually be already very skinny. You have a distorted body image perception. Anorexics tend not to eat or eat very little. They also may vomit the food tht they just ate. So I doubt that you are anorexic. You may have a binge eating disorder if you cannot control the amount of food you are eating.
anorexia is a disease and a very serious one. it affects the mind and body and can cause death to those who abuse themselves by starvation.
if you feel the desire to lose weight, try going on a diet and see a nutritionist if you want to learn to diet the healthy way.
but if you are ANOREXIC, and starving youself down to skin and bones, you need help. don't be afraid to accept this disease because you can kill yourself.
Ah, I was going to suggest eating fruits and vegetables as they (generally) do not promote weight gain. But now you have me stumped.Wish I could suggest more. GLThe Ol' Sasquatch 脺
You need help on many fronts. Of all psychiatric conditions, anorexia has the highest death rate attributable to mental health diseases.I have had 3 family members battle anorexia. Two required hospitalization, all had aggressive behavioral therapy, needed family %26 friend's support, medications, and all needed time to recover. One does not get better over night! They all have recovered well with only some very small peculiarities regarding eating and food.In rough times the eating disorder is always ready to jump in and try to take hold again.Get help now.

Maybe you have a self-esteem problem..or self-image which you need to adjust.I think the more you eat..the more you want to eat. It becomes an addiction. Both physical and mental.I know lots of people will disagree with what am going to say. Try to seriously restrict food for a few days. Your stomach will shrink. Forget the hunger pans for a few days if you can.But don't forget to eat healthily.Am not a doctor (and please use vitamins and nutrients). Am not advocating anorexy. You do lose interest in food after a while..you just get used to seeing it as nourishing your body and not as a "comforting" way of coping. It is an addiction like any others.
I think your question "I am Anorexic?" is a bit premature. Has your doctor assessed how much, and what you eat, and determined that it's too much for your body type? If you have confirmed that you are over-eating, have you taken ANY reasonable steps to remedy the compulsion to eat? Before you enroll yourself in some clinic and quit your job and drop out of society to deal with your "problem" have you taken any common sense steps to remedy what could be a minor compulsion you can easily fix? Try this...1. Forget the Vegan thing. Your body craves certain nutrients that vegetables alone cannot give you. Ya ya, I know the whole schtick, I've dumped a few vegans in my day... I'm talking about amino acids and fat, both of which are vital to your body's chemestry and health. Yes, some vegetables have fat, but not all the right kinds. You may be experiencing cravings because your body is telling you what it needs, and you may not be listening. 2. Eat well balanced meals, eat 3 to 5 small meals a day, AND exercise. Do both things in moderation, and the body will regulate itself, your appetite will come into synch with your caloric demands and you can then eat when you DO feel compelled, because you are replenishing calories you burned or will burn, and you can do it guilt free because your body NEEDS nourishment. Not to mention, you'll look and feel great! 3. Contrary to how your mom raised you, try eating your biggest meal of the day at breakfast, second biggest at lunch, and smallest at dinner. If you can't make time for 5 small meals a day, this is a good way to eat 3. Green snacks are right up your alley and a safe way to curb your hunger between meals. You get a 10 minute break every 2 hours by law, take advantage of them by eating fruit, celery, nuts or other healthy snacks in small portions.
