I am really on a health kick. Tell me is it safe..?

Is it safe to workout everyday if your workouts are not intense?
Answer:
absolutely!!
it is recommended that you get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. the only thing i would recomend is to take it really easy the day after a tough workout!good luck on your health kick!
yes to a certain degree everyone works out daily in some way but above a certain point its a good idea to give your self a break so your muscles can rebuild themselves
I think it is very safe and smart to work out everyday! We are advised to get at least 30 mins. of cardiovascular exercise per day to stay healthy and fit.
of course! you must have a good body whats your secret. I'm looking for a good work out program. Any ideas?
totally is safe.. its always good to have a variety of workouts some low impact and some medium and some high impact.. and it is safe to workout everyday with a healthy diet
